The Customer, when making a purchase, fully accepts the conditions described herein, confirming at the same time the electronic transmission of the order, to have read and accepted unconditionally the present conditions of sale.
PRODUCTS
The images depicting the products are representations as similar as possible to the products actually available in stock and may therefore not be exactly identical in terms of: color, shape and size, to the real products that will be shipped. Teestore.it however, undertakes to maintain and if necessary periodically update the images so that no significant difference is perceived by the Customer.
The prices of the products shown on the site include VAT.
GIFT CARD
Gift cards can be purchased individually and with 3 different types of amounts (€ 30; € 50; € 100). The gift card will have a unique promotional code to insert in the discount voucher box at the final purchase stage in the cart. The amount paid corresponds to the available balance + the cost of the card and shipping. The amount of the gift card must necessarily be used in a single purchase. It cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
CUSTOMIZE TEES
In the “CUSTOMIZE TEES” section is indicated the email address to which you can send your graphic ideas to be printed on one of our products indicated in the “SIZE CHARTS” section. Your graphics will be viewed by our staff, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a graphic draft with your idea adapted to the chosen product. The product will be shipped within 5 working days by express courier and delivery normally takes place within 24/72 hours depending on the area of the national and international territory.
Teestore.it reserves the right to refuse requests for graphics with offensive, defamatory, defamatory, vulgar, discriminatory content, for reasons of sex, race, religion, illicit, obscene, illegal or with content that violates any copyright.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE CUSTOMIZATION OF A PRODUCT
Attachment with graphic in good resolution in any format (PDF – AI – EPS – JPG – PNG – GIF – TIFF – PSD – CDR – CPT)
Print size and position (print area limit 40×50 cm)
Product (Tshirt – Sweatshirt – Man, Woman, Child or Newborn)
Size and color of the product (choice between all the colors available in the “SIZE CHARTS” section)
It is possible to request estimates for samples and production of entire clothing lines.
PURCHASES AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Purchases must be made through the e-commerce tools present on the Teestore.it site, so that the customer has the opportunity to take a simple and guided look at these sales conditions and our privacy policy. The sales contract stipulated between Teestore.it and the Customer shall be considered concluded upon receipt, by the Customer, of the order confirmation, containing in a simple and clear way, the detail of the purchased items, the total price including shipping costs and the payment method selected.
PAYMENT METHODS
We do not ship cash on delivery but only with advance payment.
The payment methods we accept are:

In all cases the goods will be sent as soon as the real payment has been received.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are indicated both by the electronic cart and by the confirmation e-mail that the Customer will receive once the order has been sent.
All orders whose payment has been verified and credited will be sent within 5 working days by express courier and delivery normally takes place within 24/72 hours depending on the area in the national and international territory
However, delays attributable to the courier or due to force majeure may occur, therefore Teestore.it will have no liability in the event that the goods do not arrive at their destination in the normal time frame.

FREE SHIPPING – With a 50.00 euro charge, national shipping is free.
CHANGE OF INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
The Customer is required to notify us within 3 working days of delivery, of his willingness to request a replacement for having received: incorrect goods, defects or a change in size.
In the event of incorrect processing of an order, if the Customer receives goods different than the one he has actually ordered, he must notify us by e-mail, we will reply providing all the data necessary to allow the Customer to return the wrong goods.
Upon receipt of the package we will immediately ship the correct goods and reimburse the shipping costs that the customer has incurred to return the wrong items to us. Cash on delivery packages are not collected.
The goods to be replaced must be like new and therefore unused, undamaged and with the original packaging and envelopes.
REQUEST FOR SIZE CHANGE
In the event that the customer wishes to change the size of the t-shirts he has ordered, because once received they are too large or too small, he can request a replacement, bearing in mind, however, that the outward and return shipping costs will be at his charge. It will be enough for the customer to send us an e-mail and we will provide all the data necessary to proceed with the replacement.
It must be specified that the products to be replaced must NOT have been ABSOLUTELY used or washed, otherwise we cannot proceed with the size change.
We remind all our customers that they are present by clicking on the “SIZE CHARTS” button, a table of measures, where you can view all the measurements in centimeters and other additional information relating to the fit of the product, which may be useful for choosing the size more correct. Measurements refer to light clothing, all colored fabrics can undergo a slight variation (2/3 cm) in centimeters.
In promotional campaigns to which discounts are applied, the size change cannot be made.

In the event of storage at the courier’s branches to which the shipment has been entrusted, the Customer will be informed by e-mail and will have to follow the instructions provided to resolve and promptly withdraw the package.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
From the proven delivery date, the Customer will have 10 working days to request a refund of the goods, exercising his right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/06 05 and must, within these terms, send us the communication by registered mail ar and in advance by e-mail (info@teestore.it) to: VAMA Group s.r.l. with registered office in via G. Battista Gandino 56a – 00167 Roma (RM).
Once we receive the registered letter, we will contact the Customer, who will have to return the goods within 10 working days, using a secure and traceable shipment.
The shipment of the returned goods is under the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The products subject to reimbursement must not have been ABSOLUTELY used or washed, they must be intact and complete with all the original parts, including packaging, packaging and containment envelopes.
Once the integrity of the goods has been verified, we will proceed with the refund by bank transfer or, if possible, with Paypal.
The reimbursement is intended for the entire value of the goods, all shipping costs, both outward and return, are excluded, which will be charged to the Customer.
In the event that the returned goods show signs of wear, missing parts or defects due to poor padding used for return, we will send a communication to the Customer, who will have 10 working days to collect the goods at the our office or agree a return to the sender, whose expenses will be at his expense. If no agreement is made within the time limit indicated, Teestore.it will be free from all obligations and will be able to re-use the goods as they see fit.
UPDATE AND MODIFICATIONS OF SALES CONDITIONS
Teestore.it reserves the right to modify the aforementioned conditions of sale as well as all other data, images and information contained on the website, at any time without notice.
JURISDICTION
In the event of disputes between VAMA Group s.r.l. and the Customer, the Court of Rome will have exclusive jurisdiction.
